Terms of service for Premium IPTV

Premium IPTV is a subscription to live television channels, films and series delivered over the internet. Buying a plan or starting a trial means you accept the terms set out here.

  • Plans run for 3, 6, 12 or 24 months. Each opens the same channels, library, catch-up and support, so length and price are the only differences. Checkout shows prices in US dollars.
  • After checkout, your login is emailed to the address you gave, usually within about fifteen minutes.
  • The free trial gives you 24 hours, offered as one trial per customer or device, and asks for no credit card. When the day ends, access closes and nothing is charged.
  • Channels, titles and picture quality may change from time to time. Figures such as 99.9% uptime and picture up to 8K describe what the service is designed to deliver; your screen and connection shape what you actually see.
  • Our desk is reachable by email at all hours and answers as soon as it can.

We may update this page from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.

The Premium IPTV refund policy

Should our team be unable to get the service running for you, a full refund is yours for the asking, provided you email us within 7 days of the purchase.

To ask, write to [email protected] with the address you used at checkout and a line about the device you tried.

Once the service works, changing your mind is not grounds for a refund.

How Premium IPTV handles privacy

  • Your email address and the order details required to deliver and support the subscription are retained.
  • Payment itself is processed by the checkout provider.
  • The messages you send to support stay on file so they can be answered.
